OfficeTeam currently has a short term temporary opening for an intelligent, highly-skilled Receptionist in a growing Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt company.   • Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support

  • Place orders for office and kitchen supplies

  • Organize, review, and allocate incoming mail according to specified procedures

  • Have strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

  • Help out other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

  • Perpetuate a number of different office filing processes and offer general office filing support

  • Oversee and answer all incoming phone calls

  • Greeting visitors

Requirements

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

  • Switchboard phone (1-10 lines) experience

  • Customer service experience

  • Expertise in leases

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Energetic, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

  • Excellent attention to detail

The schedule for this Monday Friday full-time position is 8:00 am 5:00pm with the opportunity for advancement within 90 days for the right candidate. Pay starts at $14/hour. Responsibilities: * Answer multi-line phone system and distribute calls to appropriate staff. * Take messages or forward calls into voice mail. * Greet and assist visitors. * Perform customer service tasks, including processing daily shipping paperwork, filing, order data entry, shipment tracking, and other related tasks. * Monitor and distribute faxes from main fax. * Inventory and order office supplies. * Assist other departments as needed with clerical tasks. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Qualifications: * Minimum 1 yr prior experience as a receptionist, data entry or similar office environment. * Excellent organizational skills; must be able to multi-task under time constraint * Strong communication skills - both written and verbal. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy * Pleasant and articulate phone voice. * Proven experience with - MS Office, Internet, Data Entry * Must be able to work independently in an open office environment * Other clerical duties as assigned.
