Are you looking for an entry-level receptionist position that will give you great experience? OfficeTeam is currently looking for an entry-level, professional Receptionist to join a local company in the Long Beach area! As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company. The Receptionist?s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. The Receptionist will be responsible for:

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately

  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls

  • Receiving and sorting daily mail


Requirements: -Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Hands on experience with office equipment

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Customer service attitude
