A high-end real estate design and construction firm in the Las Vegas area is seeking a skilled Receptionist in a temp-to-perm role. This client is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for an ambitious, high-caliber Receptionist candidate to act as the company's first impression liaison in their office. The Receptionist core responsibilities are as follows: - Answer all phones

  • Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate location

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Coordinate print and marketing materials

  • Support the entire team by organizing company events, open houses, etc.

  • Maintaining equipment and office supply levels The Receptionist ideal candidate will be astutely proficient in all aspects and must carry themselves well in front of potential clients and customers. VIEW JOBS 1/15/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-15T00:00 The Receptionist/Property Administrator for our Las Vegas Regional Office will answer the main phone line and handle incoming guests. They will assist the operations and property management teams with a variety of administrative tasks. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS: * Answer main switchboard phone lines. Assist callers when key personnel are out of office. * Greet incoming tenants, guest, vendors, etc. * Create, file or mail correspondence and memos. * Design and prepare reports required for the properties or management. * Prepare and/or maintain tenant, vendor and property files. * Respond and resolve tenant work order requests or complaints in a timely and professional manner. * Administer Tenants' and Landlords' compliance with terms of the lease. * Prepare lease documents or tenant notices as required. * Routing and distribution of all internal and external correspondence. * Send out Monthly Rent Statements, collect unpaid rents, and address Rent Defaults as required. * Update tenant and vendor contacts or information as needed. * Keep Certificate of Insurance documents updated for all tenant and vendor contractors. * Initiate move-in and move-out paper-work for accounting purposes and complete related paperwork for security deposit refunds or closing out a tenant account on a timely basis. * Maintain and track lease rollovers (Lease Status Report) or projects for pending transactions and items requiring follow-up. * Responsible for safe keeping of key and lock distribution to tenant suites. * Additional duties and special projects as assigned. EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, SKILLS REQUIRED: * A minimum of 2-5 years of experience administrative role in a property management office. * Utilize good customer service skills and/or phone etiquette when assisting tenant inquiries, vendors and others. * Strong communication skills. Organized, attention to detail and multitasker. * Knowledge and understanding of real estate law, finance, accounting practices and procedures, ability to assimilate new information. * Proficient use of computer systems including Microsoft Office. Yardi Yovager experience a plus. * Dependable, reliable, cooperative. Good interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and, cheerful disposition in a team oriented environment. EDUCATION: * Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE REQUIRED: * Valid Drivers License and registered automobile TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel to assigned properties may be required.
