OfficeTeam has a temporary need for a front desk receptionist with a midsized company in the St. Louis area. This receptionist will be responsible for operating a multi line phone system, sorting and distributing mail, updating the office calendar, and checking guests in and out of the building.   • Customer service and office administrative skills

  • Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills

  • Expertise in Microsoft Access

  • Comprehensive knowledge of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines - navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience preferred

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Outlook
