OfficeTeam, the leader in administrative staffing, is in search of a temporary Receptionist for a local client in Aurora. This position will be vacation coverage over the holiday week and will be full-time hours. Responsibilities of Receptionist: -answer and direct incoming calls -process and distribute mail -create FedEx labels for all outgoing packages -schedule conference rooms for company meetings -support office for additional projects

-2+ years of front desk and receptionist experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience navigating a multi-line phone system

  • Experience with projects - navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience required

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office

  • Wide ranging experience with mailrooms

  • Earlier work involving Microsoft Excel

  • Conference call coordination experience

  • Comprehension of ordering office supplies and equipment

  • Skills in order entry

  • Prior experience with scanning

  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Word

  • Solid understanding of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

  • Comprehensive knowledge of working as an assistant

  • Hands-on experience with report generation

  • Well-founded grasp of data entry

  • Solid understanding of special projects

  • General familiarity with email

  • Proficiency in work flow coordination

  • Quality experience with reviewing documents for spelling and grammar

  • Practical knowledge of filing

  • Conference room setup cleanup experience

  • Experience with meeting coordination and planning

  • Proven knowledge of customer service

  • Typing 45 - 60 words per minute experience required

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Strong organization skills - efficient, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

  • Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
