A company in the Trenton, New Jersey area has an opening for a Receptionist on a long term temporary-to-fulltime basis. Your responsibilities

  • Order office and kitchen supplies

  • Look after various office files and provide general office filing support

  • Aid other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

  • Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures

  • Employ strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

  • Oversee and answer all incoming phone calls

  • Be a welcoming presence for visitors

  • Manage various office files and provide general office filing support

Requirements

  • Be detailed, flexible, and organized

  • Optimistic, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

  • 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems

  • Customer service and office administrative skills

  • Strong organization skills

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills

  • Command of Microsoft Office

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Outlook
