We're looking for a Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join our People Team. As a member of our People Team, you will be a key ambassador of the company brand and bring positive energy to our office. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests and supporting our office space, but you'll also have the opportunity to develop your career and grow into a more impactful People Operations role.

Key responsibilities and expectations:

  • As the first point of contact with visitors and existing team members, you will serve as a welcoming ambassador of the Vettery brand and office experience

  • Oversee the receipt and organization of incoming mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Work closely with our office manager on Workplace Ops projects and initiatives (e.g. office security and key card maintenance)

  • Support the People Team (Recruiting, HR, WorkplaceOps) with ad-hoc projects like company event planning and coordination

  • Support our outstanding recruiting team by coordinating on-site interviews and running conference room operations via Google Calendar

  • Assist with candidate experience and recruiting coordination

  • Be a constant source of positive energy for our awesome team

  • Assist our senior leadership team with ad-hoc coordination and projects

  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills that positively represent the Vettery brand

  • Consistently maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity, you'll be the first person people see!

  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Adaptability and positivity are critical in a fast-paced environment like ours

  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn

  • Ability to handle various tasks around the office that require lifting 25 - 40 lbs

  • Experience in an administrative or community-focused role in a fast-paced environment is a plus

  • Experience with Google Suite is a big plus!
