Location: North Houston (Spring Area)
A Nationwide provider for corporate temporary housing is seeking a full-time Receptionist. This person will be support the office and sales team by duties that include but are not limited to answering phones and processing paperwork.
?Answer up to 8 lines as well as resolve/transfer all calls
Present company lease and other required documents to clients
Follow up with clients until documentation is completed
Complete property and other vendor lease agreements with vendors
Follow up with vendors until documentation is completed
Develop and maintain current client and potential client relationships
Prepare status reports including: activity, closing, follow-up, and adherence to goals
Identify and resolve client concerns through problem solving
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow up methods
Other duties as assignedRequirements:
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Customer service experience a plus
Familiarity with apartment/real estate leasing industries
Professional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of profit oriented business culture
