We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team at our headquarters. As a Part Time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression. Your main responsibility will be to direct calls to the appropriate department and taking messages when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for general administrative duties such as managing the copy machine, greeting Patients and other guests, and performing other general office duties as needed.

Mayflower Recovery is a 48 Bed state of the art Detox Facility this position requires the receptionist to be on site Monday to Friday 9-2 with some flexibility. Must be able to pass CORI and start ASAP

Benefits include sick time based on MA law, personal time.

Employees who work holidays are eligible for time and a half.

After one year of service part time employees are eligible for vacation time.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with multiple phone lines and/or multi-phone systems
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish big plus

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls using our multi-line phone system
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Perform general administrative duties such as managing the copy machine and performing other general office duties as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Skills:

As a Receptionist, you will use your excellent communication and organizational skills on a daily basis to manage our multi-line phone system, greet clients, and perform general administrative duties. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a strong attention to detail to ensure that our reception area is clean and organized. Preferred qualifications include experience with multiple phone lines and/or multi-phone systems, as well as bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
