Kelly Services is currently recruiting for full-time Receptionist to perform administrative and office support activities for senior management of PR team for our client, one of the worlds leading innovative technology companies, at its location in Culver City, CA.

This is a 3-month contract assignment, pays $13.50 per hour and starts immediately.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
Provide general administration and clerical support
Receive and sort courier deliveries
Maintain lobby cleanliness
Assist Facilities Team with various tasks pertaining to the upkeep of the campus, (i.e. shipping and receiving, data entry, etc.)
Ability to complete tasks on time and work independently with minimum supervision
Required Experience and


2+ years experience in similar role
Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
Sensitivity to confidential matters are a must
Project coordination experience
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors
Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Keynote, Pages and Numbers; however experience with iOS and macOS are required
Term of Assignment:

Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
3 month contract assignment to start- June 2018
Full Time: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday
