Job Title: Receptionist
Department: Franchise Operations
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Summary
The Receptionist will greet, assist and provide direction and information to clients, visitors and other guests of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to their appropriate location.
Answers, screens and directs phone calls to staff.
Receives mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes them.
Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
Stock break room and office supplies.
Responsible for adherence of the Building Security Policy with the creation of badges/building access cards.
Assist the Franchise Department with training classes (table tents, food orders, etc.).
Complete PI's for Franchisees.
New hire tasks (name plates, alarm codes, etc.)
Pay company invoices through WebNow.
Administration duties for the company Staples, Amazon and FedEx accounts.
Sorts incoming mail and delivers to the appropriate department or individual; processes outgoing mail.
Scan mail for offsite departments (Invoices, Credit Disputes, Subpoenas and Tax Forms).
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Three years previous relevant experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational skills, clear written and oral communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of management and computer literate.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk; occasionally required to stand.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
