Honda North, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc. company, is looking for a full-time Receptionist. The principal function of the Receptionist is to provide excellent customer service by answering/transferring phone calls, cashing out customers, and assisting management as requested. $18/hour starting pay!
Receptionist Compensation Package:

Receptionist Responsibilities:
Must be available for 7:00 a.m start time
Answer phone calls in a customer-friendly manner and successfully route them as necessary
Receive customer payments and close out Service Repair Order and Parts Invoices
Receive customer deposits from the Sales and Finance departments
Maintain a welcoming environment by keeping a neat and clean reception area
Spreadsheet data entry and log keeping using Excel
Handles special clerical and accounting projects as instructed by the Accounting Manager
Support other administrative positions as requested
Requirements:
Professional presentation and customer-friendly attitude
Exceptional communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening
Valid drivers license
