Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Receptionist for a 4+ month contract opportunity in Dallas, TX with our partner, the nation's largest title insurance company through its title insurance underwriters.
Greet and welcome visitors
Operate a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls
Receive and distribute packages daily
Keep track of on-site conference room reservation calendar
Retrieve and distribute mail each day
Maintain the professional and orderly appearance of the Lobby and Conference Room prior to each opening day
Keep the main kitchen and front galley stocked and presentable each day
Order office supplies on an as-needed basis
1-3 years previous experience
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in developing and maintaining good working relationships
Ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients and staff
Must be fluent in MS Office applications and basic computer use
Professional in demeanor
Reliable and Punctual
