Receive callers at establishment; determine nature of business, and direct callers to destination by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Turn on/off the phone's night bell Unlock doors and secure in evening Monitor Voice Mail and handle requests for mailbox & rental mailboxes 500, 200, 600, and others that may be in use Operate Switchboard telephone console to receive incoming messages, or direct them to the appropriate voice mail.

Greet guests in office lobby Locate Maintenance, Occupancy and Field Supervisor personnel Mail development lists, managed by Barker Management Incorporated to persons interested Process Federal Express invoice. Produce disbursements & distribute to Accounts Payable Department Prepare/coordinate Field Supervisors weekly schedules Performs routine administrative duties, including, but not limited to, word processing, photocopying, filing, preparing, and disseminating correspondence if a current project is not in conflict Facilitates the procurement of supplies and equipment for Central Office on a weekly basis Distribute mail for the Operations Group Provides back-up support to the Company's administrative team when needed
