Our client near Kingston is seeking a full time Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming clients when they arrive in a professional and courteous manner.
Job duties include:
Managing telephone flow - screens and routes calls appropriately
Responding to emails pertaining to inquiries or concerns
Managing the calendar and making appointments for internal team members
Data entry into the client's internal software
Copying, filing, and faxing paperwork
The successful Receptionist must be professional, personable and willing to go above and beyond what is expected of them to meet the customer's needs. This is a busy environment, so the ability to multi-task well is important.
This is temp-to-hire opportunity, paying $14-$15 per hour based on experience. The hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.

Have at least one year of professional administrative or receptionist experience
Present yourself in a professional manner in person, as well as on the phone
Have experience with MS Office Programs
