As Receptionist, you are an invaluable asset who is critical to the success of the organization. The front desk runs like a well-oiled machine because of your hard work and efforts. Technology is second nature to you you are comfortable using computers and telephones to complete assigned tasks. Answering phone calls and maintaining a relationship with our clients is a breeze because of your exceptional ability to communicate. You are extremely dependable and put your best effort into all responsibilities. You get the "big" picture and want to contribute accordingly and that's why you'll have all the opportunity for career growth within our company you'll want. You will be part of a dynamic, growing and energized team and your role is key to the success of ECS. While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you excel in:
Representing ECS in initial on premise contact by providing routine information and direction to callers and visitors
Receiving and relaying incoming calls and directing calls to the proper party
Assembling and binding reports
Formatting, scanning, and transmitting documents
Sorting and distributing mail and general office filing
Entering data collected daily into proprietary ECS software
Learning and utilizing proprietary software
Updating and managing project insurance certificates and subcontractor agreements and insurance
Scanning and linking current and archived project related correspondences
Registering projects and proposals, creating folders
