Position Overview:

The position reports to the Office Manager. This is an entry level hourly position primarily responsible for greeting visitors, coordination of company events, data entry and other projects and tasks as assigned. Great communication skills, professional appearance, attention to details and a sense of urgency are required for success in this position.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and customers

  • Coordinate equipment set-up and appointment schedule for VITA program

  • Accept customer payments when brought in

  • Coordinate replacement and visitor badges

  • Responsible for acceptance of packages and bank mail

  • Assist with company events (CRA events, company gatherings, board meetings, etc.)

  • Complete administrative duties as assigned by Office Manager

  • Assist departments with administrative needs

  • Assist with office supply order as needed

  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned


General Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work on your own without much interaction with others

  • Professional Appearance

  • Detail-oriented and capable of working in a team environment

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Self motivated and directed

  • Efficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Access, Excel and Word

  • Experience preferred, but not required

Work Hours:

The business hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with some flexibility required. Occasional extra hours may be required in this position.
