In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers and vendors both in the office and by phone. We believe Receptionists play an important role within the organization, acting as the "face of the company" to ensure customers feel appreciated and heard. As a Receptionist, you will
Answer incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Greet visitors to the branch and inform designated department of their arrival.
Distribute branch mail to all branch departments.
Assist with filing, faxing, and scanning of documents.
Create informational and educational packets for new patients.
Typical work hours for this position are Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with an opportunity for over-time based on business need. This is a full-time, permanent career that offers excellent Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, a competitive 401k, and additional benefits.

Minimum one year customer service experience
Minimum one year administrative experience.
Proficient to advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology and/pr experience in the healthcare field.
Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team.
High School diploma or GED
