:This position is responsible for handling incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate staff. He/She greets, assists and directs visitors. The receptionist opens, sorts and distributes mail, performs data entry/typing and office clerical duties (as assigned). This position may make outbound calls relaying basic information to patients and customers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education, Certification, Registration, LicenseHighschool or GEDYears of Experience: 6 MTHSSPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: High school Diploma or equivalent.
Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude. Excellent communication skills. Enjoys working with people and can handle multiple tasks.
Typing, use of calculator, word processing and other basic computer skills. Minimum 6 months customer service or office clerical experienc
