BASIC FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY: Direct all incoming telephone calls and greet visitors providing basic information and services.

Represent the campus in a professional and positive manner. Assist with the efficient operation of the campus office.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Knowledge of acceptable telephone
Skill in applying policies and
Skill in operating standard computer and software
Skill in written and verbal
Skill in providing excellent customer
Ability to operate a multi-line telephone
Ability to organize and prioritize

Support of Administrative, Fiscal and/or Facilities Functions:
Process incoming calls efficiently and route to correct
Update the announcement memo for the main telephone
Provide general information and assistance to all callers and visitors in a friendly and professional Act as liaison between the campus and its customers.
