The Receptionist provides administrative support to Aramark Conference Centers. Required hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM.
Essential functions of the position will include:
Answering phones for staff and directing callers as appropriate
Screening and tracking visitors
Scheduling conference rooms and making catering arrangements as needed
Assisting with the general operation of the office
Maintaining policy and procedure documents
Gathers weekly schedules for employees
Other duties as assigned
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to set priorities and follow through; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Minimum qualifications - high school diploma, previous office experience a plus but not necessary and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
