What you'll do We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Office Manager with Receptionist duties for our Viasat Lausanne office. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in an international collaborative and R&D environment and with the ability to multitask variety of responsibilities.

The day-to-day Your tasks will vary and include a broad range of responsibilities from administrative duties, assisting for travel, with onsite interviews or events for the office as well as general office maintenance and conference room assistance. Act as receptionist for the office, greeting onsite guests, vendors,mail and logistic delivery Assist HR/ Recruitment with onsite interview and onboarding process along with HR admin support on permits and insurance renewals, security badge access Manage day to day administrative duties including inventory of office supplies, placing orders with vendors and general maintenance issues.

Liaise with facility and the IT support teams to ensure that all video conferencing rooms and computer applications run efficiently.

Provide guidance around policies to all team members. Manage catering and office wide events Coordinate internal training and activities What you'll need 5+ years of office coordination and administrative support Fluency in French and working proficient of English. Experience with in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint) and good marketing communications skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal and multitasking skills with a flexible positive outgoing attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills and an ability accommodate last-minutes requests Able to work %70-80 (mornings) and be flexible.
