Parker and Sons is currently seeking an Receptionist and Executive Assistant to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Receptionist and Executive Assistant will assist with day to day business needs as the dedicated Receptionist and Executive Assistant to our President of the company.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
Dedicated Front Desk Receptionist
Greet all Guests & Vendors upon arrival.
Get applicants started on application packets.
Alert Dept. Leaders when candidates are ready.
Prepare mail postage daily.
Log and distribute company business cards.
Manage Conference Room schedule.
Direct deliveries to the appropriate warehouse.
Assist the President with general tasks like managing their schedule, inbox, expense reports, travel arrangements, and other misc. tasks.
General Administrative tasks like invoice auditing, reporting, and lead dispositioning.
Backup Electrical/Plumbing Financing support.
Backup Retail Admin compliance support.
Qualifications
Do I have What it Takes?
2-3 years of relevant experience helpful, not required.
Must maintain a pleasant and welcoming demeanor.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to learn Service Titan.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse group of people, including technicians, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
Have attention to detail and ensure accuracy with all tasks and reporting.
Ability to 'think on your feet'- have solid analytical & problem-solving skills.
Must maintain a positive attitude in the workplace.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision at times.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
