Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the front desk and reception area of the Roseville Campus, which includes Adventist Health and various other business tenants. Answers and directs phone calls (specific to Adventist Health), manages and triages emails from Adventist Health's website, greets and checks in visitors, and perform various administrative duties as assigned. Assists with event coordination and set up, and coffee/water service for Adventist Health meetings when needed. Multitasks as needed and prioritizes workload effectively while maintaining a positive, friendly and inviting attitude.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred

Essential Functions:

  • Manages front desk which includes greeting visitors, checking them in and connecting them to appropriate parties. Ensures area is clean and organized.

  • Answers and directs phone calls, taking messages when needed. Manages and triages messages from the Adventist Health Website.

  • Performs various administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.

  • Assists with special projects and tasks and event coordination as needed.

  • Manages Adventist Health's Remote Chair process.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
