Job Description

The person in this role will be responsible for answering phones and greeting customers that walk into showroom. Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.

Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports. Maintain and update filing, and database systems, using a computer.

Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail. Review all work orders, files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests. Communicate daily with key stakeholders (Scheduler, Sales Staff, and Production Staff). Review customer schedules to monitor upcoming jobs. Manage and organize signed Work Agreements, Sales Takeoffs, and sales quotes and place and book orders as necessary.
