Examples of Duties Performed:

  • Performs various support functions for skilled nursing center staff and residents.

  • Greets and directs visitors and associates appropriately, in a friendly and helpful manner.

  • Provides tours to potential clients and follows up on patient referrals in a timely manner.

  • Answers a high volume of telephone calls in a friendly and helpful manner and directs calls in an efficiently and timely manner.

  • Assists with administrative type duties (i.e. typing, filing, copying, sorting mail, calculations, etc.) as requested by supervisor.

  • Assists facility staff in needed areas.

  • Performs other related duties as necessary and as directed by the Financial Controller and/or the Administrator.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team of professionals and work alongside the Branch Manager to lead a bank branch team. This position provides a variety of banking services to customers and provide the many benefits of banking with Fidelity by properly identifying customers' needs and offering the best products and/or services we have to offer. In addition, the Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for insuring the branch's security, conducting security meetings with the staff, assist in the mentorship and development of branch employees as well as communicate with the Branch Manager on issues directly related to the branch and staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Supervises the day-to-day operation of the banking center, ensuring that bank and branch policies and procedures are followed. * Supervises the work assignments and activities of subordinate banking center employees ensuring that teller transactions are efficiently processed and that new accounts are processed and reviewed. * Provides a variety of banking services to customers and assists subordinate employees in completing complex transactions and applications. * Interviews loan applicants, collects, and analyze financial and related data to determine the creditworthiness of the loan applicant and the merits of the specific loan requests. * Responsible for scheduling and staffing, ensuring proper coverage at all times. * Responsible for preparing and submitting various reports including but not limited to; all month end reports, quarterly reports, audits. etc.. * Responsible for scheduling training, cross training staff to ensure the efficient operation of the branch at all times. * When necessary, serves as backup for Branch Manager, Personal Banker and Teller. * Ensures cleanliness and appearance of the branch are Fidelity standards. * Responsible for branch security and conducting security meetings within the branch. * Sells customers on the benefits of banking with Fidelity and using additional services of the bank. * Responsible for meeting established monthly sales goals. * Properly profile each customer to determine each product and/or service to offer. * Communicates with the Branch Manager on issues directly relating to the staff. * Reports teller outages to the appropriate required departments to include Branch Administration and Audit.
