Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service throughout various departments in the store. Setup and maintain attractive displays and perform all duties related to customer service, stocking, and sanitation. Fills in on any team as needed at the discretion of leadership.Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service; ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion

  • Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale

  • Monitor product quality and freshness and ensure proper rotation or product

  • Maintain accurate department signage and pricing

  • Complete product spoilage and transfer records, as needed

  • Follow department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product

  • Assist with the sampling program by keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing; sample products directly to customers

  • Maintain a clean and well organized work area

  • Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices

VIEW JOBS 11/11/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-09T00:00 As a member of the newly formed Corporate and Commercial Banking (CCB) KYC Support Team, the incumbent will be responsible for completing requirements within the Know Your Customer (KYC) web based database and supporting CCB Relationship Managers to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. The incumbent will ensure, operational efficiency and comprehensive results are met when completing the KYC, including compliance with all AML (Anti-Money Laundering), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Customer Identification Program (CIP), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) regulations. Principal Duties and Objectives: * Become a Subject Matter Expert on the regulation and policy driven questions within the WebKYC tool. * Support the development of the KYC Support Team procedure and training processes. * Manage the collection and input of regulatory information needed to complete a KYC within the WebKYC tool for new customers, while working closely with CCB Relationship Managers to ensure a positive customer experience and KYC accuracy. * Assist CCB Relationship Managers with annual KYC reviews. Ensuring customer's information within the WebKYC tool is up to date. * Build strong relationships with CCB Relationship Managers, AML Risk Management Analyst's, as well as other Business Line Partners. * Participate in the development of new WebKYC tools and functionality. * Participate in testing prior to WebKYC new releases. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience * Three to five years of experience in an applicable risk management environment * Applicable professional certifications Preferred Skills/Experience * Ability to gather and document procedures and requirements. * Ability to manage multiple priorities, knowing when to escalate. * Ability to work independently or with a team, and to effectively share knowledge and skills. * Knowledge base of the variety of Corporate and Commercial Loans * Proven track record to define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. * Strong communication skills: oral and written. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow required procedures. * Strong PC skills; ability to learn specific applications as needed. * Technical background and/or thorough understanding of the WebKYC tool. * Understanding of AML, CDD, CIP, EDD, and OFAC policies and their practical application.
