Founded in 2016, Tube Supply provides quality steel tube and bar in alloy, stainless, and carbon for oil and gas applications, including drilling, completions, production, and downhole tools. Our steel tubular and bar products are tailored specifically to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry, including high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) and sour (H2S) well environments. Tube Supply clients are leading oil and gas service companies, OEMs, and manufacturing centers spanning as far as Canada and Mexico in addition to the United States.

Responsibilities

Description of Responsibilities:

• Assist the Receiving Manager in day-to-day tasks

• Ensure timely and efficient inspection of inbound material

• Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures found in the Employee Handbook

• Adhere to and enforce all Quality Program policies and procedures found in QISS

• Be actively involved in the Safety Program while maintaining a safe working environment

• Assist in training and evaluating employees

• Assist in interviewing new candidates for hire

• Ensure on-time delivery to our customers

• Ensure a high level of quality is displayed throughout the Receiving Team

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must embody Tube Supply's values

• Strong leadership skills

• At least 3 years of receiving and warehouse experience

• Excellent communication skills
