Receiving & Inventory Specialist

We are looking for a Receiving Inventory Specialist to join our team in Swanton. Our next colleague will have the responsability to oversee the accurate and efficient receipt, storage and distribution of products and materials. He.she will hold a permanent full time position.

The Benefits

The Day-to-day

• Receiving/verify all inbound items - including raw materials RMA'S, and repairs;

• Repack items like spouts, caps, filters & molds;

• Complete receiving processes in ERP and facilitate vendor returns;

• Maintain accurate inventory by tracking inventory movement utilizing the ERP;

• Moving materials to and form loading docks, repack, weld, clean, storage area & manufacturing areas;

• Material Replenishment for Manufacturing teams;

• Provide support to the shipping team members & customer service when needed;

• Shipping UPS items and e-commerce orders for customers;

• Assist in keeping warehouse organized daily.

The skills we are looking for

• Forklift certification;

• Mastering the art of multitasking;

• Experience in a similar position (an asset);

• Problem-solver & able to take decision;

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally.
