Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for scheduling all inbound loads as well as updating UDR PO Flow Documents and processing UDR PO packets. This is a multi-functional role that requires good organization as well good written a verbal communication with internal and external customers.
Essential Functions
Process all UDR documents and update UDR Google document for DC33 coordinator.
Meet requirements of 24-hour processing time, no later than 48 hours.
Work closely with receivers, warehouse supervisors and manager.
Set up carrier user accounts.
Manage Receiving E-mail and follow up on special request as needed.
Manage standing appointments as required / needed.
Must maintain good attendance.
Maintain safe work practices.
Handles confidential information with discretion.
Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.
Ability to withstand cold, hot and dry temperatures at all times.
Other duties and special projects as requested. Must always be flexible to perform all tasks as requested by leadership team including Receiving and Put Away. Learning how to Receive and Put Away is a must.
Develop and maintain communication with UDR clerk for PO Flow DOC entries upon completing UDR.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
Excellent communication, grammar, verbal and writing skills. Must be resourceful and well organized with an ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision. Above average telephone skills with experience focusing on customer satisfaction (internal and external). High energy level, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature and flexible. Ability to efficiently work independent of direct supervision.
MIMIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Previous clerical experience and knowledge of operations and transportation functions preferred. Must be proficient with MS Office.
