Summary

• They are responsible for receipt and verification of all shipments. They complete necessary processes by inputting data into management system. They deliver in-bound shipments to the requesting department. They prepare outbound shipments and serve as a back-up to the courier.

• This position works under the supervision of Manager - Fleet and is employed by Mosaic Health System.

Duties

• Processes all in-bound shipments into the facility, ensuring accuracy of product count against the accompanying packing slip.

• Verifies packing slip information against actual product received noting any discrepancies.

• Ensures all receipts are input into Materials Management Information System accurately and in a timely manner.

• Prepares packaging for all outbound shipments, ensuring product matches submitted paperwork.

• Processes and ships all out-bound shipments accurately and timely before end of day.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Must be 21 years of age

• Required to obtain Class A, B, C, or E license (does not have to be in state)

• One year receiving experience required.
