Responsibilites & Duties:
Must comply with all safety and quality practices at Belen site.
Receives all in coming deliveries daily.
Verify shipments checklist to make sure all steps have been completed
Work closely with Purchasing agent, CSD and Planning to ensure all requirements are met for incoming goods.
Create all necessary outbound paperwork for CDP shipments
Ensure participation and cooperation in company implemented ESHA programs. Follow all company safety rules
Responsible for maintenance of required logs, data, records, and/ or reports
Must complete all Receiving clerk training in my learning and show the skills learned in the training course.
May be required to work various shifts
Must be able to obtain fork truck license
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Computer skills in Windows based programs and Fork truck experience a plus
Ability to multi task and work under pressure, while maintaining a calm professional demeanor
Excellent Communication Skills a must
Basic mathematical skills. Proficiency in English, that is, ability to read, write, and comprehend work orders, instructions, correspondence, and so on.
