TES Staffing is partnering with the largest and most prestigious hospital in Rochester to find a Inventory Associate for a busy radiology department. This associate is tasked with reviewing and monitoring inventory levels to ensure care teams and operate with minimal issues.Details:Contract to Hire, $14-15/hr.Hours: Monday-Friday 7a-3:30.No weekends, no holidays!Department: Imaging and RadiologyJob Description:Perform routine duties requiring surgical specialty knowledge of inventory, location and parts. Assist in coordination of daily Inventory operations for stock room. Work with Clinical Techs, Supply chain teams and clinicians to set priorities and solve problems.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and monitor inventory levels
  • Restock supply areas, place orders for supplies
  • Verify accuracy of shipments against purchase orders
  • Check backorders, maintain levels of supplies
  • Monitor, update and maintain inventory spreadsheets
  • Use computer software to asses, measure, track supply expenses
  • Participate in semi-annual inventory project
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to use Excel and computer systems
  • 2 years experience, preferably in a medical environment
  • Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma
  • Excellent communicator
  • Supply chain experience a huge plus
