Receiver

This individual is responsible for assuring the product is properly received and put into production on a timely basis. Must have/obtain certification to operate fork lift and a high rise electric truck, and use pallet jacks and other various equipment designed to move heavy objects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive in all shipments, break down by part or order number and receive into computer system.

• Receive in all UPS packages and notify recipients

• Print screen tool crib items

• Prioritize next day air shipments

• Receive in vendor to vendor shipments

• Stage work for receiving inspect in rows on first in/first out basis.

• Print off bar code master list for production.

• Issue parts and change the status of the job

• Labor reporting all transactions

This individual must also keep the area neat and clean. May also be required to perform other duties as assigned by supervisor such as but not limited to preventive maintenance of production or non-production equipment and general plant maintenance.
