The Receiver will be responsible for the inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines. Through the use of company provided tools, the Receiver will document vehicle condition within company standards which includes a complete inventory and supporting photographs of each vehicle. In addition, by using a system of priorities, the Receiver will be responsible for directing the flow of traffic in the receiving area to ensure timely processing of vehicle inventory. Finally, through a thorough understanding of Copart policy, the Receiver will be responsible for facilitating the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer's needs.

  • Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area

  • Operate camera and utilize a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles

  • Determine operational capability of motor vehicles

  • Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles

  • Maintain inventory of all materials used

  • Compliance to company policies and procedures

  • Compliance to safety requirements

  • Two years of work experience, preferably in an outdoor environment

  • One year of receiving and/or inventory experience

  • High school diploma

  • General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to differentiate colors

  • Basic computer proficiency, with ability to operate handheld devices

  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude

  • Multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to work in extreme conditions (weather and terrain)

  • Bilingual skill a plus

  • Driver's license preferred

  • Occasional overtime

  • Other duties as assigned

Free CPR renewal and free annual memberships to online continuing education classes for every new Provider!</div><div dir="ltr" style="text-align: center;"><strong>How Will This Work?</strong></div><ul dir="ltr"><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">As a Provider, you can provide aid in two ways through the emergency response feature and the triage feature.</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;"><strong>Emergency</strong> - If you have alerts turned on you will receive a notification when a cardiac arrest occurs within walking distance (.13 mile) of your location.  If you opt-in to respond, the in-app navigation will direct you to the site to perform CPR or to the nearest defibrillator (AED), if nearby, to grab on your way to the emergency.</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;"><strong>Triage</strong> - If you have alerts turned on you will receive a notification when a user requests telehealth assistance. If you accept, the in-app feature will start the audio or video call with the user.  On the call, you will give a verbal recommendation on what care is best for the user—whether that’s the ER, urgent care, or an appointment with their primary care physician.</li></ul><div style="text-align: center;"><strong>Can I Be Held Liable?</strong></div><ul dir="ltr"><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Your services are voluntary for the emergency response feature. The optional compensation for responding to a medical emergency is reimbursement for your time, not your services.</li><li style="padding: 0; margin: 0;">Therefore you are protected under Good Samaritan Laws.
