Realty Management Training Specialist


Minimum Age:


HS/GED Degree OR Minimum of 15 year(s) of experience in furnishing guidance,
providing assistance and training on matters pertaining to authorizations and
administration of land special use permits.

The enrollee must be knowledgeable of laws, regulations and policies guiding
special uses administration and be able to translate that information into
developing content for web-based training courses on a national level. The
enrollee must have good written and oral communication skills, in addition to
being proficient in Microsoft Word and Power Point.
Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point

Develop content for web based training courses for the Lands and Realty
Management staff, with emphasis on Special Use permit administration as directed
by the National Training Program Manager.

Develop and review course content for Special Uses web based trainings.
Develop pre and post training assessment to test participant competency.

The Program Management Specialist will primarily responsible for performing as OCIO's liaison to facilitate management of Information Technology system projects to advance security posture of IT organization. Qualifications: * Successful candidate will monitor and track project schedules, budgets and resource assignments for a variety of information technology projects. * Assists project teams in establishing and tracking project schedules and resource assignments. * Analyzes management, business, and technical issues related to program management and information systems. * Provides guidance on management processes and procedures, the business implications of various systems, and the technical considerations. * Collaborates on feasibility studies and systems planning. * May have quality assurance and risk management responsibilities. * Will work closely with the Project Management team to share best practices, help resolve project issues, and ensure that staff is properly allocated to tasks, taking into consideration each staff member's skills and interests and each project's needs. * Maintains accurate weekly reporting of project status to CIO staff. Education Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT discipline. Qualifications: * 5+ years of project management experience. * Experience planning and implementing hardware and software rollouts to maximize uptime and availability. * Excellent ability to communicate project progress and impediments to stakeholders within the organization. * Able to define and implement project metrics for scope, schedule, cost, and quality * Experienced with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA & Confluence to create project schedules and milestones * Experience leveraging data and metrics to help drive decision making * Strong financial and budget management skills * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills * Solid interpersonal skills and demonstrable team building skills * Ability to create new mechanisms for reporting standards and metrics analyses across an organization. * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
