Realty Management Training Specialist
HS/GED Degree OR Minimum of 15 year(s) of experience in furnishing guidance,
providing assistance and training on matters pertaining to authorizations and
administration of land special use permits.
The enrollee must be knowledgeable of laws, regulations and policies guiding
special uses administration and be able to translate that information into
developing content for web-based training courses on a national level. The
enrollee must have good written and oral communication skills, in addition to
being proficient in Microsoft Word and Power Point.
Experience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point
Develop content for web based training courses for the Lands and Realty
Management staff, with emphasis on Special Use permit administration as directed
by the National Training Program Manager.
Develop and review course content for Special Uses web based trainings.
Develop pre and post training assessment to test participant competency.
