As a Realtor, you will be responsible for marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. You will act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, ensuring smooth transactions and excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms
• Evaluate clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable property options
• Promote sales through creative advertisements, engaging open houses, and effective listing services
• Mediate negotiations between sellers and buyers to ensure fair and transparent transactions
• Stay informed about legal guidelines, market rates, property specifications, and availability

Requirements

• Trustworthy and friendly with a results-driven mindset
• Demonstrated track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively close deals
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and inviting demeanor
• Strong listening and communication skills to understand clients' needs
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years old or above
