Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sellers to develop effective strategies for promoting properties and attracting advantageous offers
• Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to provide tailored solutions
• Utilize various marketing techniques, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services, to drive sales
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and best practices in the industry
• Showcase properties to potential buyers and address any questions or concerns

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Minimum age of 18+
