Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms
• Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values
• Coordinate and attend showings and open houses
• Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other necessary paperwork

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Minimum age of 18
