We are a top Zillow Flex team that spends enough money monthly on marketing to keep our agents' pipelines overflowing. There is nothing better than cheering each other on whether it be an individual or team achievement We like to make things exciting with fun bonuses, contests, retreats, and social events — we know how to have fun together and work hard too We also understand how important it is to be financially responsible with commissions. So we are constantly discussing other avenues of wealth-building activities with our agents along with giving them opportunities to invest in flips.
