Job Description:

Resource requires knowledge of contact center and access platforms and applications, feature/functionality, call routing logic, understanding of carrier service and networks. Strong financial management skillset needed to manage the budget, forecast expense, oversee spend, and manage full product life cycle for Contact Center and Access portfolios. Role requires excellent communication skills to present product and financial story at various oversight committees (Financial, Risk Reviews, CTO Toll Gates). Focus for 2018, will be to develop a strategy for next generation technology, build business case, negotiate contracts, and initiate pilot.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Contract Negotiations and Vendor Management

  • Product or Service Management experience

  • Excellent Presentation and Communication Skills

  • Technical and/or product experience in managing voice networks

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills

  • Ability to network across functional areas

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience in telecomm, excellent written and oral communication skills
