Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Transactional Attorney at Stutzman, Bromberg, Esserman & Plifka, P.C. in Dallas, TX. The role involves handling a wide range of real estate transactions including drafting real estate or business acquisition agreements, purchase and sales agreements, nondisclosure agreements, operating agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other related transactional documents. Real estate transactions may include, but are not limited to: purchase agreements, leases, consent to assignment, guaranty, tenant estoppel, and addenda or amendments. Qualifications Law and Commercial Real Estate skills Experience in conducting Due Diligence for real estate transactions Knowledge of Leases and Real Estate Development processes Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the State Bar in Texas
