Do you have the Real Estate and business background, negotiation skills, development experience, financial expertise, legal comprehension and technical understanding necessary to facilitate Lime's rapid growth? The Lime Real Estate Team is looking for a talented Real Estate Transaction Manager. In this role, you will work closely with Local and Regional General Managers to shape and execute on strategies to expand our rapidly growing portfolio of operations centers nationwide. You will oversee and drive to completion the procurement of new facilities at Lime speed!

You should be well versed in industrial/flex real estate procurement from inception to conclusion across multiple markets simultaneously. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, market, and technical challenges with the ability to build and convey compelling value strategy plans.


  • Negotiate contracts for real estate from beginning to end including strategy development, financial analysis, business term negotiation and support full legal negotiation

  • Serve as a member of the Real Estate team in streamlining processes and ensuring facilities become operational within deadlines

  • Execute on the strategic plan while collaborating with internal groups (e.g. Regional General Managers, Local GM's, Legal, Finance, etc.)

  • Understanding the requirements of our operational teams and develop solutions that meet those objectives

  • Involvement in the full construction process to deliver all aspects of a project to include building, data center specific power, and all other site utilities

  • Preparation and presentation of transaction summaries to the senior management team regarding progress, financial implications and site readiness

  • Management of multiple contract negotiations simultaneously.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification in Real Estate procurement

  • 5+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience preferably in industrial/flex development and leasing

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask multiple real estate transactions across multiple markets

  • Demonstrated history of successful real estate negotiation and development skills

  • International real estate experience a plus

  • Experience with industrial real estate and land negotiations highly preferred

  • Great verbal and written communications skills are a must, along with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations

  • Strong negotiation abilities to include legal document review and negotiation in conjunction with legal counsel

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, manage time effectively and be a self-starter
