Job Description:

A Real Estate Transaction Liaison oversees all compliance and administrative details throughout the transaction process. Your support allows our Agents to focus on building client relationships and growing their business. From document preparation to deadline tracking your goal is to make life easier for agents and clients at every turn.

This position requires an understanding of the real estate transaction process as well as an ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Real Estate Transaction Liaisons possess excellent interpersonal, technological, and time management skills. An internal motivation to achieve success on behalf of your clients is vital.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather relevant information, relating data from different sources and identifying possible solutions.

  • Deliver an effective and positive articulation of complex concepts through oral and written means to individuals or groups.

  • Maintain and prepare reports.

  • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from purchase to close.

  • Possess an ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content.

  • Perform data entry into proprietary programs including input of transactions, and following them through closing.
