End User Services Workplace Technology Services (WTS) is responsible for the technology lifecycle of all JPMC locations globally. WTS Real Estate Strategy (RES) is responsible for the planning and delivery of technology supporting real estate initiatives. This includes the Retail Branch portfolio which supports all technology for Retail Banking new builds, relocations, decommissions, reconfigurations, and audio visual installations.

The Retail Tech Ops lead will focus on technical projects from initiation through implementation. This includes but is not limited to initial scope and requirements, financial planning and management, analysis, design, scheduling, project reporting, and implementation services. The Retail Tech Ops Lead will drive the delivery of all GTI-technology solutions supporting Retail Real Estate Projects in North America. They act as the lead partner with Global Real Estate (GRE) and all Lines of Business required for project delivery. The Retail Tech Ops lead will engage additional support groups within the GTI organization including Finance, Global Network Services, Client Technology Services and Global Service Operations.

Project Management Responsibility:

  • Responsible for managing complex technology projects for Retail Branch construction and large build projects. The projects will have multiple technology deliverables, including installation of structured cabling, design and installation of data network, AV planning and implementation, and voice / telepresence services.

  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of detailed project plan for all technology deliverables

  • Creation and management of Business Case. This includes tracking project financials, resource forecasting, and asset depreciation schedules.

  • Coordination of technology delivery to construction completion.

  • Confirm the technology design and specifications are in compliance with JPMC Risk and Security standards.

  • Engagement and management of all technical internal and external (vendor) resources

  • Communicate with key stakeholders and executive sponsors. Complete written weekly status and provide detailed updates upon request.

  • Serves as the single point of contact for a project. Responsible for issue mitigation and/or escalation to management for resolution.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years business experience, including managing technical projects related to new construction

  • College degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience

  • Proven track record of successful project management.

  • Project management experience related to delivery of technology for build/construction projects.

  • Demonstrated experience managing high volume project workload.

  • Ability to identify project requirements and manage efforts to completion.

  • Leadership skills coupled with the ability to motivate team members to achieve excellence

  • Analytical and decision-making skills. Creative problem solver

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence

  • Independent worker. Effectively handle new direction and a changing work environment

  • Capable of driving organizational change with the ability to gain consensus among teams and peers

  • Fluency to expert level experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint

Description As part of the Global Cybersecurity Technology Controls team, the PCI - Infrastructure Technology Lead is responsible for overseeing PCI strategy, design and best practices. Key Responsibilities: * Work with Technology control owners to strategize solutions that are designed to be continuously in synch with JPMC policies and standards, the ET environment, and compliance with the PCI DSS. * Serves as a technical expert with PCI subject matter expertise for the Enterprise Technology function. Includes infrastructure, architecture, and cloud. * Leads interaction with all ET product teams for all PCI support activity. * Provide leadership and advice on material remediation activities ensuring appropriate resolution of issues, action plans, breaks and remedies and support the closure verification process. * Coordinate activities and information around multiple projects and initiatives related to PCI as well as other risk and control objectives. * Collaborate with Assessment team members and stakeholders on PCI mandated, line of business, and risk and control projects. * Provide strategic drive for engagement efficiency, effectiveness and transparent, measurable, sustainable control improvements, including process enhancements and use of automated data collection techniques. * Partnering within ET to create and proactively monitor Key Risk Parameters designed to identify non-compliant conditions and assist in remediation with compensating controls (if needed) to address security, risk and control gaps. * Aid in training and spreading PCI compliance awareness within the organization * Develop and maintain strong business and technology relationships, becoming a trusted partner within ET. * Communicate risk and other control findings with key stakeholders, develop recommendations and provide accurate metrics and management reports on a timely basis * Capture, review and analysis of PCI required documentation, ensuring ET readiness for firm-wide assessments. Candidates with a 5-8+ years of experience in technology risk and controls, risk based consulting, and risk assessments. Minimum of 3-4+ years of experience in PCI . * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field.
