• Provide friendly and professional guidance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
• Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in the real estate industry
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value

Requirements

• Proven track record of sales in the real estate industry
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively sell real estate properties

• Basic computer skills for real estate transactions and documentation
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
