We are currently hiring for the position of Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for marketing and selling properties, as well as providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Responsibilities

• Assist sellers in listing and marketing their properties
• Guide buyers in finding the right properties that meet their needs and budget
• Negotiate and facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers
• Stay updated with market trends and best practices in real estate
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Knowledge of the local real estate market preferred
• Proficient with technology and real estate software
• A valid real estate license required
• Must be 18 years or older
