We are currently hiring for the position of Real Estate Sales Professional at our friendly and supportive company. As a Real Estate Sales Professional, you will be the intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and support throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include marketing listings, assisting sellers in promoting their properties, evaluating clients' needs, and presenting properties to potential buyers.

Responsibilities

• Assist sellers in promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers
• Evaluate clients' needs and provide appropriate suggestions
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Stay knowledgeable about the market and best practices
• Present properties to potential buyers and address their questions or concerns

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales in real estate or a similar field
• Ability to work independently, combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Pleasant and friendly personality, with a trustworthy approach
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
