Responsibilities

• Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to attract favorable offers
• Evaluate clients' needs and financial capabilities to provide appropriate and tailored suggestions
• Implement sales strategies through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Maintain knowledge of the market and stay up-to-date with industry best practices
• Present properties to potential buyers and address any questions or concerns

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Friendly and trustworthy demeanor
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
