Real Estate Prospecting Specialist

You’ll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel. If you’re looking to maximize your earning potential, start your application today Responsibilities: • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases About Company: The Anderson Group Real Estate Services was founded in 2006 and has been consistently ranked in the top 5 in the Southeast region and Nationally on REALTrends/Wall Street Journal List of top 1000 Agents in the United States.
